Personal Injury & Insurance Litigation
The Lerner Law Firm’s practice emphasizes plaintiff’s insurance litigation, class actions against insurers who write in Montana and, motor vehicle accidents. We primarily represent people who have been damaged in motor vehicle accidents, aviation accidents, and by wrongdoing of their insurance companies. We also take cases involving certain class actions and appeals. We are also available to work with other attorneys as collaborators and consultants, especially in the representation of insurance consumers.
We frequently take cases on a contingent fee basis which means there is NO FEE for legal work if there is NO RECOVERY. However, even though the client will not be responsible for attorney fees where there is no recovery on a contingent fee case, THE CLIENT MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS AND EXPENSES associated with the case. We also offer FREE INITIAL CONSULTATIONS on all cases within our practice areas.
